This Marathon presents very close to new and was thoughtfully factory-optioned for an angler looking for the open-water capability the Marathon is known for without sacrificing the simplicity, fishability and shallow-water performance expected from a Hell’s Bay.

The current owner purchased the boat new and is simply changing boating styles and moving toward a larger center console. The boat is now located in Dunedin, Florida and is available for inspection by appointment.

A major bonus for the next owner is the remaining Yamaha coverage. Yamaha factory warranty is confirmed through July 21, 2028, followed by Yamaha Y.E.S. extended coverage through July 22, 2030.

At the bow is a white Power-Pole MOVE trolling motor mounted on a Power-Pole quick-release system.

The trolling motor operates from a dedicated 24V system utilizing two Dakota Lithium 12V 54Ah LiFePO4 batteries wired in series.

Charging is handled by a NOCO Genius GENPRO 10×3 three-bank smart charger, allowing the trolling-motor batteries and starting battery to be maintained from one system.

The trolling-motor power connection is conveniently located on the forward bulkhead.

FORWARD CASTING DECK

The Marathon offers an unusually large forward casting deck for a skiff under 18 feet, with enough room for multiple anglers to comfortably spin fish.

A removable Hell’s Bay elevated casting platform provides an additional sight-fishing position and is finished with Snow Camo SeaDek.

COCKPIT & SEATING

One of this boat’s strengths is how open and configurable the cockpit remains.

A 35-quart Yeti cooler with custom upgraded silicone upholstered cushion serves as the primary removable helm seat. Remove it entirely when maximum cockpit space is desired.

The front of the console incorporates an upholstered backrest that provides another comfortable seating position.

The all-white interior, Pearl White hull and Cloud-colored upgraded upholstery give the boat a very clean and cohesive appearance.

AFT DECK, LIVEWELL & STORAGE

Three large aft compartments maximize usable deck and storage space.

The port and starboard lockers are deep, finished storage compartments with factory-added drains into the bilge. Hell’s Bay’s unlined locker construction maximizes interior storage volume and minimizes unnecessary weight.

The center compartment is a fully plumbed raw-water livewell with an ice-blue interior for improved bait visibility.

POLING TOWER

The anodized aluminum poling tower is one of the visual highlights of the boat and was extensively optioned from Hell’s Bay.

• Fold-down forward step/backrest
• Anodized removable sissy/lean bar
• Port-side bucket hoop sized for a 5-gallon/Yeti-style bucket
• Tibor push-pole holder

The fold-down upholstered backrest provides comfortable support for both the helmsman and passenger while underway and folds away when not needed.

The boat sits on its custom Ram-Lin aluminum trailer, specifically built for the boat and included in the sale.
